3. The base pay money, amounting to Rp 10.000.000, – (Ten Million Rupiah)
4. Paying the cost of the ID card INSA members, amounting to Rp 100,000, – (One hundred thousand rupiah)

7. TOTAL HP / GT x Rp. 30, – (Rupiah Thirty), with a minimum fee Rp. 200.000, – (Two Hundred Thousand rupiah) per month, and paid 12 (Twelve) months in advance prior to receiving members.
8. Each candidate is required to have or buy the book MEMBER FLEET INSA, at a cost of Rp. 500.000, – (Four Hundred Thousand Rupiah)
